WELL RESTED? Am I well-rested, focused, and emotionally neutral (no tilt, FOMO, revenge, or stress)?
MINDSET COMMITTED? Is my mind fully committed to my trading plan with no exceptions today?
MARKET BIAS? Have I checked the broader market trend, bias, and key levels on higher timeframes?
TREND ALIGNED? Is the trade timeframe aligned with the overall trend and upper timeframe structure?
CONFLUENCES? Are all key confluences present (indicators, volume, S/R, momentum, etc.)?
PREMIUM SETUP? Is this a premium, high-probability setup with a clear, solid pattern or price action?
ENTRY/EXIT PLAN? Have I defined exact entry, stop-loss, target, and risk-reward ratio (minimum per rules)?
RISK & NEWS? Is position size correct (risk ≤ X% per trade; daily risk limit respected), and no major news/events pending?
HIGH IMPACT NEWS? Checked economic calendar for red flag news events.
