Download Audio Exercise
Create a folder in your File Explorer named MINDGUARD. Then, click the download button below and save the zipped audio folder in your file folder named “MINDGUARD”. Once downloaded and saved in your folder, you will need to unzip the audio .wav file by right clicking the zipped folder and select “Extract All”. This .wav audio file should be playable on any device.
